Take Your Wholesale Operation Off Paper
Phoenix Transact is a managed platform built on Odoo for the region's distributors and wholesalers: your catalogue, pricing, quotations and invoices in one system, on your own letterhead, set up and supported by Phoenix.
Trusted by organizations across the Caribbean & beyond

Authority
bravasolutions

Plenty of the Caribbean's established trading businesses still run on paper invoice books and a price list that lives in one person's head. It works, until a price changes, a customer disputes a weight, or someone asks what the business is actually owed.
Generic software rarely fits how a regional wholesaler trades, and running a business system is not your job. Transact gives you a working platform shaped to your operation, with Phoenix responsible for keeping it working.
What Transact Does
Built for a working Caribbean wholesaler, not a demo.
Catalogue and price list
Every product, unit and price in one place, loaded from your own sheets and kept current as prices change.
Quotations and invoices on your letterhead
Documents laid out to match how your business already works, with your logo and tax details, approved by you before your team uses them.
Quotations and invoices by email
Send a quotation or invoice by email straight from the system; your customer can open and accept a quotation from the link, with no login.
Goods sold by weight
Cases that vary by weight are handled properly: piece counts and weights are recorded on the order and shown on the invoice.
Pick sheets for the warehouse
A printed pick sheet for each order, laid out for the people picking it, with space to record what was actually picked.
Original and duplicate copies
Invoices print as an original and a duplicate copy, so the paper trail your team relies on carries over.

St Lucia Cold Storage
St Lucia Cold Storage, a frozen-food wholesaler in Castries, is moving from paper invoice books to Phoenix Transact. The client signed off its quotation and invoice templates in October 2026, ahead of go-live.
- Catalogue and prices loaded from the client's own price sheets
- Goods sold by weight handled on orders and invoices
- Quotations and invoices laid out to the client's letterhead and signed off by the owner
Also Available to Scope
The platform underneath supports more than most businesses need on day one. These are scoped and built for your operation when you need them.

Price lists or tiers for different customers.
Stock and multiple warehouses
Stock levels and movements across locations.
Point of sale
A sales counter or cash window on the same system.
Purchasing
Purchase orders and supplier records.
How We Take You Off Paper
The paper book stays in use until the system has earned your team's trust.
1. Map how you work today
We sit with the people who run the books and record how orders, prices, invoices and payments actually move through the business.
2. Configure the system
Your catalogue, units, prices, taxes and customers go in from your own records. Nothing is invented; anything unclear goes back to you.
3. Sign off the documents
Quotations, invoices and pick sheets are laid out to your letterhead and approved by you before your team uses them.
4. Trial, then cut over
Your team trials the system first. On a cut-off date you agree, open balances are carried over and the paper book is retired.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Phoenix Transact?
Phoenix Transact is a managed platform for distributors, wholesalers and other trading businesses that still run on paper invoice books and spreadsheets. It puts your catalogue, pricing, quotations and invoices in one system, laid out to your letterhead, and Phoenix sets it up and supports it for you.
What is Transact built on?
Transact is built on Odoo, the open-source business platform. Phoenix configures and extends it for your trade, with additions built for your trade (goods sold by weight, invoice layouts, pick sheets), and supports it as a managed service.
Who is Transact for?
Owners, operations heads and finance heads of established regional businesses that still trade on paper: distributors, wholesalers, cold-storage and supermarket groups, and retail chains.
What happens to our paper invoice books?
They stay as your archive. Open, unpaid invoices are re-entered as opening balances so each customer's statement carries what they owe, and the paper book is retired on a cut-off date you agree.
Can Transact handle goods sold by weight?
Yes. Piece counts and weights are recorded against each line on the order and shown on the invoice, so the customer sees what was weighed.
Does Transact replace our accounting system?
No. Transact covers quotations, invoices and the payments recorded against them; it does not replace your general ledger or your accountant. How it fits alongside your existing accounting is agreed during scoping.
What does Transact cost?
Pricing is tailored to each engagement and scoped to your needs; book a call for a quote. Fees are charged in US dollars, and setup is scoped to the size of your operation.
