Damien Clothier — Founder & CEO
Damien founded Phoenix AI Solutions in 2024 after spending over a decade helping businesses cut through the noise of digital transformation. With a background spanning fintech, e-commerce, and professional services, he saw the same pattern everywhere — companies being oversold AI solutions that never shipped, or underserved by vendors who disappeared after the contract was signed.
Phoenix was built on a simple principle: listen first, build fast, prove value before asking for more. Damien leads the company from offices across the UK, Caribbean, and US, working directly with mid-market founders and operators who need AI that actually moves the needle — not slide decks that collect dust.
When he's not building AI systems, you'll find him chasing his kids around St. Lucia or diving into whatever rabbit hole caught his attention that week.
