Founded in 2024 and based in St. Lucia (with a UK-registered corporate entity and a fully remote team), we serve organizations across the Caribbean and the United States — tourism boards, financial institutions, telecoms, conglomerates, and growth-stage firms — with UK clients served by referral.

Damien founded Phoenix AI Solutions in 2024 after spending over a decade helping businesses cut through the noise of digital transformation. With a background spanning fintech, e-commerce, and professional services, he saw the same pattern everywhere — companies being oversold AI solutions that never shipped, or underserved by vendors who disappeared after the contract was signed.
Phoenix was built on a simple principle: listen first, build fast, prove value before asking for more. Damien leads the UK-registered, remote-first company from his base in St. Lucia, working directly with the founders, executives, and operators who need AI that actually moves the needle — not slide decks that collect dust.
